VRCAI is the backend software (AICore) that powers AI Com. It is not the full software for creating an AI Com. There is a limited functionality GUI that you can use to test AI Core with. But for the full features of AI Com, you will need to purchase AI Com through the AI Com Patreon.
VRCAI's first usage was AI女権「Joken」. But is being further expanded into Educational and Medical applications. Even though the code started as a project to create a virtual Idol (Joken), it turns out to have more practical uses. It will be further designed to help with Communication Therapy and Education.
